Across The Universe - Hajimemashite-

Something like a diary
Something like a travel tale

It could be something I noticed even tiny little thing

Or something I want to remember

Something touched my heart

Something impressive

Or simply happiness… et cetera

I started this blog for keeping them alive in my memory

 “Across The Universe” is from a famous song by The Beatle’s

Fiona Apple’s cover the song in a movie which called Pleasantville

Fantasy or fairy tale kinds movie

It must be A Paper Cup, can’t be a Glass nor a ceramic Coffee cup

I thought that is very much like John Lennon

Fiona Apple’s voice makes me to feel like listening the song far from the space

Characteristic marvelous voice

Enchanting and never gets old

Perfect for the movie

I remember that I checked about her work on the net after words

『Across the universe』 －はじめまして－

日記のような

旅の記録のような

気がついた事や

また、覚えておきたいことや

感動したり

印象的だったり

うれしかった事などなど

書き連ねていきたいな　

と思いはじめました


タイトルのAcross The Universeは

かなり昔見た、ほのぼのおとぎ話風映画

Pleasantville （邦題：カラー・オブ・ハート）の挿入歌

Fiona Appleの歌った

Beatles の”Across The Universe”からいただきました


グラスや

陶器のコーヒーカップでなく

ペーパーカップというところが

とってもジョン・レノンだと思う

そしてこのFiona Appleの声でこの歌が歌われると

どこか宇宙の彼方から語りかけられているような

不思議でとても印象的で

この映画にぴったりでした

当時、彼女の名前をネットで検索したことを

今でもよく覚えています
